Pooja Hegde went under knife

Pooja Hegde, who had been crowned as the Miss Universe India 2010 second runner up, later made her film debut with Tamil movie Mugamoodi, directed by Mysskin in 2012.

Mangalore born trained Bharathnatiyam dancer Pooja Hegde tweeted today evening about the operation she had to undergo recently:

Sorry guys..have been off twitter..was in d hospital..Few days back had my 1st n hopefully the last surgery of my life...kidney stone!

Sucks 2 d core..only good part was when the anaesthetist knocked me out...days are like weeks in the hospital...hopin 2 go home 2day.
